Ford’s first intervention product, the Quiet Kennel, is the first to be produced. It applies Ford’s automotive knowledge to everyday life. Ford has not yet revealed the next Interventions product, but we are hopeful that the brand will find a way for ordinary objects to benefit from the Mustang Shelby GT350 ‘s exhaust howl or the GT ‘s adjustable foot pedals.

The Quiet Kennel prototype is still in development. Ford has not yet announced plans to sell the modern, noise-reducing doghouse to the public.

This isn’t the first time that an automaker has made efforts to improve dog comfort. The 2017 New York Auto Show saw Nissan introduce the Rogue Dogue Concept, which is a dog-friendly version its small crossover SUV Rogue. It included a slide-out ramp, slide out shower, a dog bed and a poop bag dispenser. Many automakers offer accessories that are dog-friendly, such as soft rubber cargo mats or metal dividers to keep man’s best friend out of the passenger area.
